We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our team at a premium retail environment in Kildare Village.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has a positive attitude and takes pride in providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate will support the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring customers receive a welcoming and professional experience.

The Role

As a Retail Assistant, your responsibilities will include

• Welcoming customers and providing friendly, helpful service
• Assisting customers with product enquiries and purchases
• Maintaining high standards of presentation across the store
• Replenishing stock and keeping the shop floor well organised
• Operating the till and processing customer transactions accurately
• Supporting deliveries, stockroom duties and general store administration
• Assisting with visual merchandising and maintaining brand standards
• Helping to keep the store clean, tidy and inviting
• Working effectively as part of a team to achieve daily sales and service goals
• Supporting other duties as required to ensure the smooth running of the store

• Friendly, approachable and confident speaking with customers
• Reliable, punctual and well presented
• Positive and enthusiastic with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable working in a busy retail environment
• Flexible and willing to work mid-week and weekend shifts
• A team player who is happy to support colleagues when needed
• Customer-focused, with a genuine interest in delivering excellent service
• Able to work independently and use initiative
• Previous retail or customer service experience is desirable, but full training will be provided
