Red Chair Recruitment are recruiting a Revenue Manager for one of our clients, a leading hotel based in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and commercially driven hospitality professional to join a dynamic management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maximising revenue and profitability through effective pricing, forecasting and inventory management strategies while ensuring the hotel remains competitive within the Dublin market. Responsibilities Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximise room revenue and overall profitability. Monitor competitor activity, market trends and local events to identify revenue opportunities. Produce accurate forecasts and analyse occupancy, average daily rate and market performance data. Manage room inventory, distribution channels and online travel agency relationships. Prepare weekly and monthly revenue reports for senior management. Collaborate with the Sales, Marketing and Reservations teams to support business growth initiatives. Conduct regular pricing reviews and recommend rate adjustments where appropriate. Maintain revenue management systems and ensure reporting accuracy. Requirements Minimum 3 years’ experience in a hotel revenue management role. Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills. Experience using property management and revenue management systems, specifically OPERA. Excellent communication and organisational abilities. Ability to work independently and make sound commercial decisions. Knowledge of the Dublin hospitality market is desirable. A qualification in Hospitality Management, Business or a related discipline is preferred. Salary: €50,000 – €55,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
