We are seeking a Senior Building Services Engineer to join a leading Irish main contractor on a major healthcare project in Fairview, Dublin 3.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage mechanical and electrical services on site
• Coordinate M&E subcontractors and their programmes
• Review M&E designs, drawings and submittals
• Manage testing, commissioning and handover documentation
• Monitor quality, safety and progress of M&E works

Skills & Qualifications

• Degree in Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Building services experience with a main contractor or M&E contractor
• Strong knowledge of commissioning and handover
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Full driving licence
