Senior Estimator.

Role Overview

The Senior Estimator will lead the preparation and delivery of accurate, competitive, and commercially sound tenders for a range of construction projects. Working closely with the Pre-Construction, Commercial, Design, and Operations teams, the role involves managing the estimating process from initial enquiry through to tender submission.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and submission of complex tenders.

• Review tender documentation and identify risks and opportunities.

• Prepare cost plans, estimates and tender analyses.

• Manage subcontractor and supplier enquiries and negotiations.

• Support value engineering and tender handovers.

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics or related discipline.

• 8–10 years estimating experience with a main contractor.

• Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills.
