Senior Quality Assurance Officer – FMCG Manufacturing Operation

This well-known FMCG manufacturing operation is an excellent employer that offers a great environment to grow and develop your career. They are looking for an experienced QA Officer to join the Quality team to help drive the below responsibilities.

This role is a day-based position that operates Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• To take full ownership over the Quality audits onsite and be the point of contact for the customers and auditing bodies
• Work with the manufacturing team to drive the Quality function for the site through the management of processes and systems in the manufacturing environment.
• To drive a variety of testing on the products.
• To perform a variety of Quality checks on various machines onsite and document results.
• Ensure all evaluations are completed fully.
• Maintain detailed specifications and quality standards.
• Manage and follow up on any queries or complaints in a fast and efficient fashion.
• To assist the Quality Manager in any Quality related tasks that arise.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in a quality role within the Food/FMCG manufacturing Industry is essential.
• Very strong attention to detail and administrative skills for processing any Quality documentation.
• Degree qualification in Food Quality or Food Sciences
• Strong HACCP knowledge
• Strong experience with Quality systems is essential.
