Senior Transfer Pricing Manager.

We are partnering with a top 8 accounting and advisory practice in Dublin experiencing phenomenal growth—to find a Senior Transfer Pricing Manager to join their progressive tax team. In this role, you won't just be a cog in a massive machine. You will directly manage a small, highly capable team, drive complex mid-market and multinational strategies, and work closely with senior leadership to shape the firm's transfer pricing offering. Responsibilities

• Lead & Mentor: Actively manage, develop, and mentor a small team of passionate transfer pricing professionals.
• Strategic Advisory: Structure complex transfer pricing policies, economic analyses, financial modeling, and valuations for prominent domestic and international clients.
• Global Collaboration: Work closely with the wider RSM International network (spanning over 120 countries) on high-profile, cross-border projects.
• Dispute Resolution: Lead interactions with revenue authorities, manage transfer pricing audits, and advise on Advance Pricing Agreements (APAs).

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years of dedicated Transfer Pricing or International Tax experience within a professional services or consulting environment.
• Leadership: Proven experience supervising junior staff, reviewing work, and managing project lifecycles.
• Technical Strength: Deep knowledge of Irish and international tax laws, OECD guidelines, and economic benchmarking tools.
• Qualifications: ATI / CTA, ACA, ACCA, or an equivalent qualification in Economics, Law, or Finance.
