Service Desk Coordinator.

TalentScope Recruitment Solutions, on behalf of our client in West Dublin, is seeking a Service Desk Co-ordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. The Role. You will be the first point of contact for customers who have a technical query/technical issue to resolve. You will be logging the query or ticket into the IT System so that the IT Engineers can take over the query and resolve it. You will be conversing with clients, establishing what their needs are, returning calls, and logging all actions into a database/IT system in order to run reports from the system on a regular basis.
