Excel Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Shift Manager for a busy retail operation in Loughrea, Co. Galway.

This is a great opportunity for a Supervisor, Team Leader or Shift Manager who enjoys a hands-on role and is looking to take on more responsibility within a fast-paced retail environment.

€15 – €16 per hour

The Role

• Manage the store and team during your shift
• Delegate duties and ensure tasks are completed
• Maintain high standards across the shop floor
• Support with stock, deliveries and merchandising
• Handle cash procedures and day-to-day store operations
• Ensure excellent customer service at all times
• Support and motivate the team throughout each shift

Ideal Candidate

• Previous supervisory experience in retail, grocery or forecourt
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Comfortable taking responsibility for a busy shift
• Hands-on and confident working in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, organised and customer focused
• Keen to develop and progress within retail management
