About this role
Ryans Investments Unlimited Company t/a Hertz Rent-A-Car is recruiting multiple Site Managers for our premises at Arrivals Terminal 1 Airport, Dublin and Dublin Airport, Swords Rd, Stockhole, Dublin 1, K67 WP71. The salary range starts from €34,000 (16.77/hr) based on a 39-hour week. Salary will increase proportionately if additional hours are required. Salary offered shall be based on relevant experience and qualifications. Job Responsibilities: Training and developing operational staff and site workers. Implementing quality control measures to ensure all site activities meet company standards. Complete daily tasks and checklists, and conduct audits to ensure quality is maintained to a high standard. Ensuring that safety and security protocols are followed at all times. Requirements: Fluency in spoken and written English. Previous experience in leading a team in a fast-paced environment. At least 3 years of experience in operations management/site management.
