Snagger/handyman.

We are currently seeking an experienced Residential Snagger to join a busy new-build housing project. The role will involve carrying out snagging, finishing and remedial works on newly built homes ahead of handover, ensuring each property is completed to a high standard.

The successful candidate will have a strong all-round trade background with previous experience working as a snagger on residential new-build projects. Duties will include identifying and rectifying defects, general maintenance and repairs, finishing works and assisting with any additional tasks required to bring homes to handover standard.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Snagger on residential new-build projects
• Good all-round trade and maintenance skills
• Strong attention to detail and high standard of workmanship
• Ability to identify and rectify defects efficiently
• Valid Safe Pass
• Valid Manual Handling
• Reliable, hardworking and able to work independently
• Good knowledge of residential finishing and handover standards
