About the Team & Business Line

Citco Bank provides fully integrated transaction, deposit, foreign exchange and credit facilities to our Fund Services and Governance Services clients. Operating in strategic global centres Citco Bank provides access to best-in-class process and technology.

As a core member of our Depositary team you will work closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to minimize operational risks and ensure our clients experience seamless delivery across banking and depositary services.

Responsibilities

Your Role

• Establish and maintain appropriate control environment to ensure the Bank fulfils its depositary obligations
• Create and implement depositary procedures, review programs and checklists
• Maintain the departmental procedures manual in a standardised format
• Review and sign-off on all Depositary Administrator work
• Keep up-to-date with related business, technical and regulatory developments
• Assist with the on-site inspections of Citco Fund Services (Ireland) Limited
• Work with clients to resolve queries and escalate any issues
• Provide departmental reporting to management
• Assist with training, development and motivation of the team to ensure a positive working environment

Qualifications

About You

• A background in accounting or in finance, ideally with a minimum of 3 years prior experience and a previous billing experience;
• Analytical and detail oriented;
• Possess strong technical MS office skills;
• Organized, flexible, and results orientated team player;
• Enjoy working in an international team;
• Strong written and spoken English.
