Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for a proven recruiter – someone who knows the landscape, is confident managing client relationships, and thrives in a consultative, quality-focused setting. We’d love to meet someone who brings:

• A strong track record in recruitment (in-house or agency)
• A natural ability to build long-lasting client and candidate relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commercial acumen – you understand business, hiring, and client needs
• Resilience, initiative, and the ability to work with pace and purpose
• A team mindset – no egos here!
