Technical Contracts Manager – Facilities.

My client, a leading organisation dedicated to providing high-quality facilities management services, is currently looking to recruit a Technical Facilities Contracts Manager for an immediate start. Their mission is to ensure that their operations meet and exceed their client’s expectations while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. They prioritise customer support, quality assurance, and sustainable practices.

Main responsibilities include

• Formulate and manage contract budgets to ensure effective cost control and alignment with financial objectives.
• Promote company aims by delivering on quality levels and customer support objectives central to their core business.
• Ensure safe working environments for subcontractors, providing the necessary facilities for uninterrupted operations.
• Oversee maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment in compliance with site-specific and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for each client and subcontractor to enhance performance and accountability.

The ideal candidate will have the following

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer focused FM role.
• Proven experience in facilities management or contract management.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budget formulation and cost control.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and subcontractor engagement.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to facilities management and safety standards.
• Ability to implement quality measures and continuous improvement processes.
• Third Level qualification or equivalent
• Financial and budgetary experience /Project management experience
• Energy management experience / qualification would be advantageous
• People management experience
• Full Clean drivers licence
