Technical Service Engineer.

Our client based in Co. Wicklow is seeking a Technical Service Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality service, commissioning, Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), repairs, and technical support for the company’s products. This is a field-based role involving regular travel to customer sites, with flexibility required to support business and customer needs. Location: Field Based Salary: DOE Responsibilities Carry out the commissioning, servicing, maintenance, repair, and testing of systems and equipment. Complete Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) visits in line with service schedules. Diagnose faults and resolve technical issues efficiently. Ensure all work is completed safely, to specification, and in accordance with company quality standards. Provide technical support and maintain excellent customer relationships. Complete service reports and maintain accurate documentation. Manage spare parts, tools, and company equipment. Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and participate in ongoing training. Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist other departments when required. Requirements Relevant engineering qualification or equivalent technical experience. Experience commissioning, servicing, and maintaining mechanical and/or electrical systems. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Full clean driving licence. Strong understanding of health and safety requirements when working on customer sites.
