Technical Support Engineer – Office365/Azure Support.

TalentScope Recruitment Solutions, on behalf of our client in Dublin 15, is seeking applications for a Technical Support Engineer with excellent Office 365 Administration and Microsoft Azure expertise. Your role will be providing support to external clients/customers mainly across Servers, Desktops and Laptops but with a strong focus on Office 365 application support skills. In particular you will be expected to be proficient in the following skills on a day to day basis. *Creating new Office 365 Tenants for medium to large organisations. *Creating new domains and updating DNS records to change mailflows. *Implementing and Managing ADConnect. *Mail Migrations from other email platforms to Office 365. *Ability to enforce Office 365 security policies and best practices. *Configuring MFA for users/Resetting MFA for users. The client would expect at least 5-6 years of IT Support experience to date (recent) with skills also in *Windows Server Support *HyperV/VMware *Routers/Switches *Antivirus Software Installation *Azure (Certification preferred) *Onsite and Remote support expertise *Full Drivers Licence *VLAN/WLAN *Project Deployment experience *Fluency in English To apply, please send your CV via the form below to us.
