Telesales Executive – Temporary

Location: Kilcoole, Co. Wicklow, Office-based – Fully Onsite

Start Date: 2 November Duration: Minimum of 25 days Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm

We are seeking a confident and professional Telesales Executive for a temporary assignment of at least 25 days. The successful candidate will contact existing customers, and a contact list will be provided

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing customers who have not been in contact for some time.
• Promote special offers and discounts to encourage customer re-engagement.
• Email discount codes to customers who express an interest.
• Handle occasional inbound calls, taking messages or transferring calls to the relevant team.
• Work closely with the onsite sales team, passing on sales enquiries and customer queries where required.

Requiremens

• Excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills.
• Confident making outbound calls and engaging with customers.
• Professional, organised and customer-focused approach.
• Available to commit to the full temporary assignment.
