Temporary Payroll Specialist.

Hall Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Temporary Payroll Specialist for an established organisation based in Dublin 17. This is an immediate-start assignment running until December 2026, with the possibility of developing into a permanent opportunity. You will take responsibility for processing both weekly and monthly payrolls for approximately 200 employees, comprising around 160 employees paid weekly and 40 paid monthly. Working with Sage, you will manage the payroll cycle, ensure information from the organisation's clocking system is accurately incorporated and complete the associated Revenue payroll returns. This position requires someone who is already comfortable managing payroll independently and can quickly take ownership of an established payroll process. You will work alongside an existing finance colleague within a small team, so accuracy, organisation and the ability to manage payroll deadlines with limited supervision will be particularly important.
