Treasury Manager – North Dublin Leading FMCG Group | Team Leadership Role Location: North Dublin (hybrid working available) Our client is a large, well-established FMCG business with a significant presence in the Irish and international markets. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Treasury Manager to lead a team of three and take ownership of the group's treasury function. The Role This is a senior treasury position reporting into the CFO, responsible for managing cash, liquidity, and financial risk across a multi-entity group. You will lead and develop a team of three treasury professionals, ensuring robust controls and processes are in place across all treasury activities. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day cash and liquidity across the group, including cash flow forecasting and working capital optimisation Oversee banking relationships, facilities, and covenant compliance Manage FX and interest rate exposure, including hedging strategies where appropriate Lead, mentor, and develop a team of three treasury analysts/accountants Ensure treasury policies, controls, and procedures meet best practice and audit requirements Support M&A activity, funding structures, and capital allocation decisions as required Prepare treasury reporting for senior management and the board Manage relationships with external stakeholders including banks, auditors, and rating agencies (where applicable) Drive process improvement and system enhancements within the treasury function Requirements Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent treasury qualification (Minimum 5-7 years' experience in a treasury role, with prior people management experience Strong technical knowledge of cash management, FX, and risk management Experience within a large, multi-site or multinational organisation, ideally FMCG or manufacturing Strong systems skills (treasury management systems, Excel, ERP platforms) How to Apply?
