About the Role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Operative to join a well- established company based in Dublin 15.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy warehouse operation supporting customers across a range of industries.

The successful candidate will be responsible for goods receiving, stock management, picking and packing orders, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of warehouse operations.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail and previous forklift experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive incoming goods, including checking deliveries, counting stock and ensuring items are correctly recorded.

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and within agreed timeframes.

• Organise and maintain stock within the warehouse.

• Replenish shelves and storage areas to required stock levels.

• Carry out regular stock checks and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy.

• Operate forklifts safely when moving, loading and unloading materials.

• Use computerised stock control systems to manage inventory and track stock movements.

• Ensure all goods are stored correctly and warehouse areas are kept clean, safe and organised.

• Assist with the movement and delivery of materials to designated areas.

• Identify and report stock discrepancies or damaged goods.

• Work closely with warehouse colleagues to ensure orders are processed efficiently.

• Follow all health and safety procedures and warehouse operating standards.

• Support additional warehouse duties as required. Requirements

• Valid forklift licence and previous forklift operating experience are essential.

• Previous experience working in a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment.

• Experience with goods receiving, picking, packing and stock replenishment.

• Familiarity with computerised stock control systems such as SAP or similar.

• Good understanding of stock management and inventory procedures.

• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.

• Ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Good organisational and time management skills.

• Reliable, hardworking and flexible approach to work.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to assist with additional duties when required.

Desirable Experience

• Previous experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

• Experience with cycle counting and stock accuracy procedures.

• Experience operating order pickers or other warehouse equipment.

• Knowledge of warehouse health and safety procedures.
