Key Responsibilities
Role - We are seeking experienced MIG Welders to join our client's skilled manufacturing team. As a MIG Welder, you will weld mild steel components to precise specifications as part of manufacturing high-quality agricultural equipment in a supportive team environment with opportunities for training and career progression. Key Responsibilities Perform MIG/MAG welding on metal fabrication projects to high standards Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently Conduct quality checks to ensure work meets required specifications Maintain welding equipment and work areas in good condition Follow all health and safety procedures Work collaboratively to meet production targets Identify and report defects, issues, or safety concerns promptly Essential Requirements
Experience & Qualifications
Proven experience as a MIG/MAG Welder in manufacturing or engineering Strong MIG welding skills producing high-quality welds Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
