The Role

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting patients and residents with high-quality care in a variety of healthcare environments.

Your responsibilities may include

• Assisting patients and residents with daily care needs
• Supporting nursing staff and healthcare teams
• Promoting dignity, comfort, and independence
• Building positive relationships with patients and residents
• Adapting to different healthcare settings and client requirements
• Maintaining professional standards of care at all times

Requirements

Essential Criteria

• QQI/FETAC Level 5 qualification in Healthcare Support or equivalent
• Minimum 150 hours of healthcare experience in Ireland – this is essential and non-negotiable
• Fluent level of spoken English
• Eligibility to work in the Republic of Ireland
• Located in or able to travel to Meath

Rates of Pay

• €14.15 – €20 per hour (Day Rates)
• Enhanced Night Rates
