Our client, a highly regarded Top 10 Accountancy Practice, is offering a fantastic opportunity for an Audit Manager to become a key player in their Audit & Assurance team, based in Wexford. Role Overview

• Manage a varied portfolio of audit clients across multiple sectors, from SMEs to large corporates.
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of audit and accounting engagements to high professional standards.
• Guide and mentor audit teams, fostering talent development and strong team culture .
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, building long-term relationships beyond the audit cycle.
• Address and resolve technical queries with confidence and clarity.
• Contribute to the firm’s reputation for excellence in client service and technical expertise.

Requirements

• ACA or ACCA qualified , with 2–3 years PQE in a practice environment.
• Proven experience in leading audit teams and managing client portfolios.
• Strong commercial awareness and a proactive approach to client service.
• Up-to-date knowledge of technical and industry developments.

Salary & Benefits

• €75,000 – €85,000 , depending on experience
• Bonus up to 15%
