Branch Manager Wexford | €45,000 – €60,000 DOE + Bonus | Full-Time | Permanent The Role An established and growing agricultural retail business is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy Agri branch in Wexford. Key Responsibilities Manage the daily running of the branch, including shop floor and yard operations. Lead, motivate, and develop branch staff. Drive sales performance and achieve business targets. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Ensure excellent customer service at all times. Manage stock control, ordering, and merchandising. Oversee branch profitability and credit control procedures. Maintain high standards of health and safety. Ensure the branch operates efficiently and professionally. Requirements Minimum 2 years’ experience in a management or supervisory role. Strong sales ability and commercial awareness. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Good IT and administrative skills. Highly organised with strong problem-solving abilities. Customer-focused with a proactive approach. Knowledge of the agricultural sector is essential. Agricultural qualification is desirable but not essential.
