Care Support Worker – Community Support Services | West Cork Flexible Support Worker Jobs | Disability Services | West Cork Location: West Cork Salary: €16.76 – €19.47 per hour DOE Hours: 20 Hours per week Contract: Temporary Flexible Support Work with Real Purpose Care Support Workers job supporting adults with physical, sensory and neurological disabilities across residential and community-based support services in West Cork. This Care Support Worker role focuses on person-centred support, independence and helping individuals live confidently within structured and supportive environments. What You’ll Do

• Support daily living and personal care routines

• Drive service users to appointments and activities
• Work within a supportive multidisciplinary team

What You’ll Need

• QQI Level 5 Healthcare Support (or equivalent)
• OR QQI Level 6 Social Care / Nursing qualification
• Experience supporting people with disabilities
• Full Manual Driving Licence and willingness to drive for work
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good standard of verbal and written English
• Eligibility to work in Ireland
• Positive and person-centred approach to care

Candidates with experience but without qualifications may still be considered if willing to complete QQI Level 5 Healthcare Support within two years.

• International Police Clearance is required where applicable
