Key Responsibilities

• Support the kitchen team with basic food preparation and general catering duties.
• Maintain clean, tidy, and organised food preparation and service areas.
• Serve food and provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Assist with the preparation, setup, and operation of food counters and service areas.
• Follow menu guidelines and ensure correct portion sizes are maintained.
• Follow all HACCP guidelines, food safety regulations, and hygiene procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a catering or food service role is preferred.
• Good spoken English and effective communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• A reliable, hardworking, and professional approach to work.
• Food Safety and Manual Handling certificates are required. Training can be provided if needed.
