This is a full-time, permanent position and will require flexibility to work evenings and weekends as part of a rotating schedule.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Take ownership of your designated section, ensuring consistently high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Work across various kitchen sections, broadening your skills and gaining valuable experience.
• Support the smooth day-to-day running of a busy and dynamic kitchen.
• Assist with menu planning and contribute fresh, innovative culinary ideas.
• Maintain the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen organisation.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues to deliver exceptional dining experiences for guests.
• Play an active role in driving consistency, efficiency, and creativity within the kitchen.
• Contribute positively to a strong team culture built on respect, support, and shared success.

You’ll Ideally Have

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, or strong experience as a Commis Chef or Senior Chef looking to advance your career.
• The ability to remain calm, organised, and focused during busy service periods.
• Experience working across multiple kitchen sections.
• A genuine passion for quality ingredients, great food, and hospitality.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A positive attitude and willingness to support colleagues when needed.
• Excellent attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness and organisation.
• A desire to learn, develop, and contribute to a successful kitchen operation.
