The successful candidate will manage their own section, ensuring high standards of food quality, hygiene, and consistency in a busy hospitality environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

🔹 Prepare, cook, and present dishes to company standards 🔹 Manage an assigned kitchen section independently 🔹 Assist with mise en place and daily food preparation 🔹 Maintain HACCP and food safety standards 🔹 Ensure cleanliness and organisation of workstation 🔹 Assist with stock control and rotation 🔹 Work effectively as part of a close-knit kitchen team

Requirements

🔹 Minimum 5 years experience as a Chef de Partie (or strong Commis ready to step up) 🔹 Experience in a busy professional kitchen 🔹 Good level of English (spoken and written) 🔹 Ability to work under pressure and manage a section independently
