Known for its locally sourced seafood and traditional Irish cuisine, the venue offers high-quality dining in a friendly and professional environment. 👨🍳 The Role We are seeking a Senior Chef de Partie or Sous Chef to join a skilled and passionate kitchen team. You'll work closely with a young, dynamic Head Chef (age 30)—so we're looking for someone who can bring energy, respect, and a willingness to take direction from a younger leader.
