Commercial Financial Analyst - MNC - Reporting to CFO

HireForce is working with a MNC to recruit a Commercial Financial Analyst to join its growing team in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious finance professional looking to develop their career in a commercially focused role with direct exposure to the CFO. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll gain hands-on experience across financial analysis, business performance, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic projects, helping to provide the financial insights that support key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare regular financial and commercial performance reports
• Analyse revenue, costs, margins and key business performance indicators
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes
• Assist with financial modelling and scenario analysis
• Prepare management reports, presentations and financial information for the CFO
• Identify trends, risks and opportunities across business operations
• Work with finance and operational teams to gather and analyse financial data
• Support commercial evaluations and business case analysis
• Assist with cash flow analysis and financial planning

About You

• Degree in related studies with strong academics
• 2+ years' experience in finance, accounting, financial analysis or a similar analytical role
• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with financial data
• Excellent numerical and analytical abilities
• Commercially minded with a genuine interest in business performance
• Interest in developing a career in commercial finance, FP&A or business analysis
• Candidates who are part-qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CPA are encouraged to apply, although a professional accounting qualification is not essential
