The role
As Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of a modern, new-build retail development. You will: Manage all phases of the construction project from groundworks through to handover Lead a multidisciplinary site team and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers Ensure delivery is on time, within budget, and aligned with quality and safety standards Liaise with clients, design teams, and consultants to maintain clear communication throughout Report directly to senior management and play a key role in project strategy and problem-solving
You will need
5+ years of experience in a Project Manager role Proven track record delivering commercial or retail developments Excellent communication and leadership skills Strong understanding of Irish building regulations and safety standards A construction-related degree or equivalent experience You’ll be part of a company that doesn’t just build projects—it builds careers.
