Contract Manager – Facilities.

My client based is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee the delivery of Soft and Hard Facilities Management services, ensuring contractual obligations, SLAs, KPIs and customer expectations are consistently met.

Main responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day FM operations, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
• Lead and support site teams, including cleaning, reception and concierge services.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, QHSE policies and site procedures.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers and maintenance activities.
• Maintain the CAFM system, including PPM schedules and work orders.
• Conduct site inspections, inductions and toolbox talks.
• Manage client relationships, attend meetings and resolve service issues.
• Prepare monthly reports, financial updates and contract reviews.
• Oversee purchase orders, additional works and holiday cover.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have the following experience

• 3-5yrs experience in Facilities Management or a similar service environment.

• Knowledge of Soft, Hard FM services and Health & Safety.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Excellent customer service and stakeholder management abilities.
• Good IT skills; CAFM experience is desirable.
• Relevant third-level qualification is an advantage.
