Dublin City Centre | €68,000 per annum | 6-Month Contract | Hybrid (3 Days Office / 2 Days Remote)

We are recruiting a Sales Operations Specialist to join the Deals Operations team of a leading global technology company in Dublin.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in sales operations, deal desk support, commercial contracts or contract operations to support a major global project involving changes to commercial partner agreements.

Working closely with internal sales and account management teams, you will help manage contracting processes, resolve operational queries and escalations, and ensure commercial agreements progress efficiently.

The Role

• Provide day-to-day operational support to sales and account management teams throughout the commercial contracting process.
• Support a global project involving the renewal and transition of partner contracts.
• Assist with queries relating to contract creation, commercial terms, approvals, pricing and internal processes.
• Manage operational requests, troubleshoot issues and resolve escalations to keep deals progressing.
• Work with Salesforce and internal systems to support contract workflows and track progress.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to clarify requirements, resolve process issues and improve operational efficiency.
• Support process documentation, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Sales Support, Contract Operations or Commercial Operations .
• Good understanding of commercial contracts, deal processing, contract administration or approval workflows.
• Experience supporting internal sales teams and managing operational queries and escalations.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM and contract management systems.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a patient, solutions-focused approach.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where processes and requirements may evolve.

Desirable: Experience within technology, SaaS, digital advertising or online publishing. Familiarity with Google Ad Manager, AdMob, AdSense or publisher partnerships would be advantageous but is not essential.
