This is an excellent opportunity for CTA-qualified tax professionals looking to broaden their exposure to complex corporate transactions, international tax advisory and high-profile clients.

Working alongside a multidisciplinary team of tax lawyers, accountants and consultants, you'll gain exposure to a broad range of interesting and technically challenging assignments.

The Opportunity

• Advise leading Irish and international businesses on corporate tax matters.
• Work on M&A transactions, corporate restructurings, tax structuring and due diligence.
• Collaborate with experienced tax professionals on complex advisory projects.
• Develop strong client relationships and deliver practical, commercially focused advice.
• Build your career within a highly regarded Tier 1 tax practice.

The Ideal Candidate

• CTA qualified, ideally with an ACA, ACCA or legal qualification.
• Strong corporate tax experience gained within a Big Four, leading accountancy practice, boutique tax advisory firm, legal practice or in-house tax function.
• Excellent technical, analytical and communication skills.
• Commercially minded, with an interest in complex transactions and advisory work.
• Ambitious and keen to develop within a leading professional services environment.
