Electrical Project Co-Ordinator.

Our client are recruiting for an Electrical Project Co-Ordinator to join a growing team in a hands-on, client-facing role. This is an excellent opportunity to work on varied projects across industrial, medical, retail and commercial sectors, collaborating with clients, subcontractors and internal teams from design through to installation. You’ll play a key role in delivering practical, high-quality engineering solutions while developing your project coordination skills. Based within easy reach of Killarney, Macroom and Millstreet.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate electrical works and activities on site from installation through to completion.
• Act as the main electrical point of contact for clients on site.
• Liaise with electrical contractors, engineers, project managers and internal teams.
• Review electrical drawings, schematics and project specifications.
• Coordinate design changes, technical queries and site requirements.
• Monitor progress, identify issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure electrical installations meet design requirements, quality standards and relevant regulations.
• Attend site meetings and provide regular project updates.
• Support commissioning, testing and handover activities.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

Skills & Experience

• Electrical qualification or strong electrical engineering background.
• Good knowledge of electrical systems, circuits and installations.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Confident dealing with clients and contractors.
• Ability to coordinate multiple activities and solve problems under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail with a practical, hands-on approach.
• Previous site or project coordination experience is highly desirable.
