As we continue to grow and expand our client base, we are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead the delivery of commercial and industrial mechanical projects. This is a key leadership role responsible for managing site teams, coordinating with project stakeholders, and ensuring the successful execution of mechanical works from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Managing the program of works
• Review Tender Documentation & Complete Risk Analysis
• Liaise with Clients / Design Team.
• Management of sub-contractor activities including tracking progress compared to schedule and manpower levels.
• Overall responsibility for project team, labour control and coordination.
• Managing Quality Control set against approved benchmarks.
• Reporting on progress, throughout the project timeline and preparation of all relevant reports
• Establish performance and delivery criteria

Key Skills and Competencies

• 5+ years in a similar position with a proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Relevant mechanical trade qualification
• Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
