Kerry and surrounding areas Sector Water and wastewater treatment Positions Multiple Salary From €40,000, dependent on experience Contract Permanent, full time Permit Employment permit sponsorship available for the right candidate About the role Installation, maintenance and fault finding on electrical systems across water and wastewater treatment plant, from motor control centres through to field instrumentation. What you will be doing Installing, testing and commissioning electrical systems on treatment plant Working on motor control centres, starters, inverters and distribution boards Containment, cabling and terminations to drawings and specification Fault finding and repair on pumps, blowers, mixers, dosing systems and associated controls Wiring and terminating field instrumentation Planned preventive maintenance and inspection to schedule Completing test certification and keeping records up to date Working to site health and safety requirements, including isolation and permit to work procedures What you need Qualified electrician, trade certified or equivalent Experience on industrial or process plant rather than domestic work alone Able to work from electrical schematics and panel drawings Confident fault finding on three phase systems, motors and control circuits Full driving licence, as the role covers sites across the region Good standard of English, written and spoken Wastewater treatment experience is essential for this role.
