This dual-function role supports the Ireland Country Lead and senior EMEA leadership teams across both day-to-day executive operations and strategic programme delivery. Key Responsibilities Executive Support Complex calendar management, meeting coordination, expense processing, and international travel arrangements Event organisation including offsites and all-hands events Managing team permissions, email lists, and confidential information Proactively anticipating leadership needs and resolving issues independently Coordinating internal and external communications across diverse stakeholders Programme Management Driving accountability of team goals and internal reporting processes Designing and delivering training programmes for the team Overseeing project management for policy initiatives across Ireland and EMEA Managing the Ireland leadership team budget Acting as a liaison across sub-teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery Building stakeholder relationships to drive programme outcomes Requirements Bachelor's degree 5+ years of executive assistant and/or programme management experience 5+ years supporting senior or C-Suite leadership Strong experience with executive calendar management and end-to-end project delivery Comfortable working with large global teams Proficient in Microsoft Office Proactive, independent, and deadline-driven Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Experience with government agencies or C-Suite preferred but not essential Apply 📧 [email protected] | 🌐 www.elwoodroberts.com All enquiries handled in strict confidence.
