Food & Beverage Assistant.

Red Chair Recruitment are currently accepting applications for an experienced Food & Beverage Assistant for one of our well-established clients in Killarney, Co. Kerry. Your main responsibilities in this role will be to deliver a high quality and memorable service to your customers as well as a creating an enjoyable atmosphere during service hours. Assisting the Bar & Restaurant Manager with all aspects of serving food and beverages to the bar and to customers tables ensuring exceptional customer service, enhancing the guest and customer experience. REQUIREMENTS 2-3 years of Food and Beverage Assistant experience. Great understanding of lunch and dinner service operations. Warm, friendly and personalised approach to your service. Ability to work in a fast paced environment Ability to work with cash and card transactions quickly and effectively. Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. PACKAGE ON OFFER Competitive hourly rate of €16.00 – €18.00 Per hour depending on experience. Meals on duty.
