FP&A Analyst (Irish Plc).

FP&A Analyst – Irish Plc HireForce is working with an Irish Plc to appoint an FP&A Analyst to join its expanding finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified Big 4 accountant looking to make their first move from practice into a commercially focused finance role. You'll gain exposure to financial planning and analysis, international reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic business projects, working closely with finance teams across multiple European markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial reporting and performance analysis across international business operations
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning
• Analyse financial results, identifying key trends, variances, risks and opportunities
• Prepare financial reports, presentations and management information for senior leadership
• Work closely with international finance teams to deliver accurate and timely financial information
• Provide commercial and operational analysis to support business decisions
• Support financial modelling, scenario analysis and strategic planning initiatives
• Assist with internal financial reviews and audit-related activities
• Gain exposure to acquisitions and post-acquisition integration projects
• Support improvements to reporting processes, financial systems and controls
• Contribute to automation and digital finance initiatives
• Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and strategic projects

About You

• Recently qualified big four accountant
• Strong analytical and financial reporting skills
• Commercially minded with an interest in FP&A and business performance
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work effectively with international finance teams
