Lead Popeyes Ireland's high-profile new Westmoreland Street restaurant, building the opening team and owning full commercial, people, food-safety and brand performance. Location: Dublin 2, Co. Dublin Employment type: Full-time, permanent What you will be doing Own restaurant performance across P&L, sales, labour, food cost, stock, waste, audit and brand standards Recruit, lead and develop the opening team, build rotas around peak trade and create a strong succession pipeline Deliver Popeyes food quality, speed of service and guest-experience standards in a busy city-centre and late-night operation Maintain HACCP, food-safety, health-and-safety and employment-law compliance Use performance data to identify opportunities and take practical action Control inventory, ordering and waste while keeping service energetic, smooth and guest focused What we are looking for Proven General Manager experience in a branded, high-volume QSR or fast-casual restaurant Clear evidence of full P&L, sales-target, labour and food-cost accountability Experience recruiting, leading and developing a large operational team Strong knowledge of food safety, quality, cleanliness, audit and brand standards Hands-on experience with labour scheduling, stock, ordering, inventory and waste systems The pace, judgement and resilience required for Dublin city-centre and late-night trade New-site opening or multi-site experience is a strong advantage Salary and benefits €50,000–€55,000 a year €50,000–€55,000 base salary, with flexibility for an exceptional high-volume operator 10% performance bonus €3,000 new restaurant opening bonus €1,000 management referral bonus 30 days' holiday including public holidays, plus your birthday off Private healthcare Free meals on shift and staff discounts when off duty Cycle to Work scheme, Christmas Savers Club and development through Popeyes University
