The Opportunity - General Manager We are partnering with one of Ireland’s leading forces in their industry. Backed by new investors who plan to invest significant capital into the Company. They are looking for a heavy-hitting General Manager to drive the business forward. This is a high-visibility leadership role reporting directly to the CEO. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Lead the business units on growth path P&L & Commercial Ownership: Full accountability for the multi-company P&L, forecasting, and capital allocation. Operational Excellence: Drive the full adoption of the group’s centralized digital ERP/operating system across all entities—eliminating side-spreadsheets and workarounds. Growth & Service Shift: Lead the commercial strategy with a heavy focus on driving high-margin, recurring revenue streams (service, maintenance, monitoring). M&A Integration: Identify, evaluate, and smoothly integrate future strategic acquisitions in the Irish detection and security space.
