Position: Healthcare Assistant (HCA) – Agency Role Location: County Meath and surrounding areas Salary: Competitive hourly pay, paid weekly Contract: Flexible agency shifts (days, nights, weekends)

As a Healthcare Assistant with Access Healthcare, you’ll support a range of ID clients across Meath in residential and community-based settings. You will provide person-centred care while helping service users maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life.

Key Duties

• Provide compassionate personal care and daily living support
• Assist with hygiene, nutrition, mobility, and medication support as per training
• Promote dignity, choice, independence, and wellbeing
• Support service users with daily activities and community participation
• Follow individual care and support plans
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and person-centred environment
• Report any concerns or changes to the appropriate senior staff member

Essential Requirements

• QQI Level 5 in Healthcare (Minimum of 3 Core Modules)
• Minimum 6 months recent experience in the Republic of Ireland
• Experience working with ID clients is highly desirable
• Ability to adapt to different care environments
• Full eligibility to work in the Republic of Ireland
