This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive HR professional to play a key role in supporting the team and contributing to the continued success of the business.

Your role will involve

• Delivering key HR initiatives that support business needs
• Contributing to and supporting the delivery of the HR strategy in line with strategic business objectives
• Promote a positive working environment by supporting employee engagement, wellbeing, and retention.
• Overseeing performance management and supporting a high-performance culture
• Succession and workforce planning
• Providing direction and leadership to team on diverse programs and projects
• Oversee employee relations, including disciplinary matters, grievances, performance issues, and conflict resolution.
• Support managers with performance management, employee development, training, and workforce planning
• Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, attendance, annual leave, and HR documentation
• Ensure compliance with employment law, workplace policies, and relevant HR regulations

What We’re Looking For

• A third level qualification in Human Resources
• 5+ years’ relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies & procedures
