IC Test Development Engineer
Qualifications: Requirements
- BSEE or BSET or higher degree with 10+ years related test engineering experience in analog & digital test development
- Basic knowledge of Signal and Power integrity principles
- Experience on multiple tester platforms, particularly on Teradyne platforms
- Statistical data analysis with tools such as Excel or JMP or equivalent
- Programming in high level languages such as C, C++ and/or Visual Basic
- Able to manage priorities of multiple tasks in a rapidly changing environment
- Able to utilize engineering test hardware (for example, oscilloscopes) to debug part related issues
- Working knowledge of ATPG, scan chain insertion and DFT developmentExcellent communication skills
