IT Field Services Engineers – Dublin.

TalentScope Recruitment Solutions, on behalf of our client in Dublin, is hiring for an IT Field Services Engineer with 5+ years of IT Field Service Expertise. You will be joining a team who provide both remote and onsite support to clients to support, troubleshoot and install IT/Telecoms systems throughout Dublin.

Skills Required as Essential

*Full Irish/UK/EU Drivers Licence *5 Years of IT Field Service expertise/IT Support/Customer Support within IT/Telecoms *IT Certifications in Windows, Networking etc (CompTIA A+, N+ etc) or Microsoft Certifications *Expertise supporting multiple customers/clients with their IT Infrastructure *Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal. *Windows Server, Linux, Azure, Email Support (Online and On-Prem), MDM, Devices, Intune *Printers/Peripherals *Telephone Systems (VoIP, Routers, Switches, Networking). This role will not support a work permit application, candidates must be fully eligible at present to work on a permanent basis without future sponsorship required.
