Our client is a key player in the Dublin Managed Services sector and have a thriving IT team onsite at their Dublin North facility. They are currently hiring exclusively with us for a Level 3 Technical Support Engineer on an permanent basis. Skills Required as essential *Excellent experience (6+ years) as a Level 3 IT Engineer, with a focus on Microsoft Technologies. *M365/O365, MS-Intune, Server Support, Server Build and Configuration. *Virtualisation - VMWare and HyperV required. *Cloud Computing expertise. *Network Support protocols - DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP *MS-Azure Certification an advantage *Previous IT Managed Services/MSP experience essential *Third Level Qualification in IT required. *ITIL Certification required. Please note, this will not support a work permit application. Candidates must be currently fully eligible to work in Ireland without the need for future work permit applications.
