The Role

Working alongside experienced healthcare professionals, you’ll provide high-quality, person-centred care while supporting residents and service users with their daily needs across nursing homes, residential services, and other healthcare settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living
• Support social, recreational, and therapeutic activities
• Deliver compassionate, person-centred care
• Build positive relationships with residents and service users
• Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Develop your clinical skills across a range of healthcare environments

What You’ll Need

• Currently enrolled in a recognised nursing degree
• Relevant clinical placements completed
• Previous healthcare experience is an advantage but not essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A compassionate, professional, and reliable approach
• Flexibility to work across different healthcare settings
