Parts & Bodyshop Advisor.

Storm Recruitment is working with our client, a well-established main dealership, to find an enthusiastic Parts & Bodyshop Advisor for their busy Aftersales team, based in South Dublin.

This is a varied role combining parts, customer service and body repair coordination – you’ll manage bodywork enquiries, prepare and follow up estimates, and coordinate repairs with our client’s bodyshop partners through to completion. Key Responsibilities

• Handle parts enquiries, pricing, ordering and stock records for retail, trade and internal customers.
• Act as main point of contact for bodywork, accident and damage repair enquiries.
• Liaise with bodyshop partners to obtain and present accurate repair estimates.
• Proactively follow up quotations to convert enquiries into confirmed repair work.
• Keep customers updated throughout the repair process.
• Build relationships and identify opportunities to grow parts and body repair business.

The Person

• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
• Commercially minded and confident following up and converting enquiries.
• Organised, detail-focused and comfortable in a busy dealership environment.
• Parts, Service Advisor, Bodyshop or Estimating experience advantageous but not essential.
• Good IT/admin skills; full clean driving licence desirable.
