Parts & Bodyshop Advisor.

Storm Recruitment is working with our client, a well-established main dealership, to find an enthusiastic Parts & Bodyshop Advisor for their busy Aftersales team, based in South Dublin. This is a varied role combining parts, customer service and body repair coordination – you’ll manage bodywork enquiries, prepare and follow up estimates, and coordinate repairs with our client’s bodyshop partners through to completion. Key Responsibilities Handle parts enquiries, pricing, ordering and stock records for retail, trade and internal customers. Act as main point of contact for bodywork, accident and damage repair enquiries. Liaise with bodyshop partners to obtain and present accurate repair estimates. Proactively follow up quotations to convert enquiries into confirmed repair work. Keep customers updated throughout the repair process. Build relationships and identify opportunities to grow parts and body repair business. The Person Customer-focused with excellent communication skills. Commercially minded and confident following up and converting enquiries. Organised, detail-focused and comfortable in a busy dealership environment. Parts, Service Advisor, Bodyshop or Estimating experience advantageous but not essential. Good IT/admin skills; full clean driving licence desirable.
