- Manage employee onboarding, new hire set-ups, and employee terminations.
- Collect, verify, and process payroll data to ensure accurate and timely submissions.
- Prepare and submit relevant payroll information to Revenue, including PSRs, and support pension auto-enrolment submissions.
- Extract, review, and process employee data from clock-in and timekeeping systems.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance with relevant procedures and regulations.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet deadlines and maintain high standards of client service.
- Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies, escalating issues where appropriate.

- A proactive approach and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow instructions, work effectively within a team, and take responsibility for assigned tasks.
- Previous payroll experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- An IPASS qualification or equivalent payroll experience would be an advantage.
What’s on Offer?
- Full training and support to develop your payroll knowledge and skills.
- An opportunity to build expertise in end-to-end payroll processing and client service.
