What You’ll Be Leading As Person in Charge, you’ll take responsibility for the quality and day-to-day operation of a residential disability service.

You’ll

• Lead and support a dedicated care team
• Ensure safe, person-centred service delivery
• Maintain compliance with HIQA Standards and relevant regulations
• Oversee individual care plans, assessments and documentation
• Drive quality improvement across the service
• Support staff training, development and performance
• Promote independence, dignity and quality of life for the people supported
• Participate in the On-Call support system

What You’ll Need

• Relevant Level 7 qualification in Social Care or Health Care
• Level 6 Management qualification
• Minimum 3 years’ management or supervisory experience within health or social care
• Experience managing a regulated residential service
• Strong understanding of quality and regulatory requirements
• Experience within autism services is desirable
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Eligibility to live and work in Ireland without restriction
